I don't do a lot of text messaging so, although I use Adium, my skills with it
remain eternally rusty. One thing I do not understand is why, after I type
something into the edit box and return to the conversation (the control labeled
Unknown) I'm always brought back to the top?
I'm probably not using Adium properly but, as I use it rarely, I live with this
inconvenience. Now, with my new job (Director of Access Technology for Project
GNU), I will need it a lot more. So, what is the most efficient way of
conversing with someone using Adium?

I've played around a lot with its settings, but can't figure this out, either.
Best I can do is switch to the Adium window and press command-h to hide it.
Then, it will stop.
