Yes you can, after unzipping a daisy book, one of the files has an xml 
extention, that should open in safari allowing you to read the book.

I set webspots to mark my place when I need to close the file. You can do that 
by pressing VO+shift+] and then navigate by webspots with vo+].

I never even thought of that.  But doesn't that make reading a long book 
problematic because if I am not mistaken, by reading it in Safari there is no 
way to bookmark where you leave off.  If I am wrong, please let me know.

I just got my subscription for bookshare but I am having trouble. Can someone 
tell me what they are using to download and unzip files from bookshare on the
