Hmm. Interesting. I experienced the very same issue here. Cannot change 
download location inside u torrent. Yes you can change it, but it does not seem 
to take effect.

Hello, Well for some reason i cant change the default download location for 
torrents with utorrent.
I have small hd in my mac and would like to save my downloads on my external
