how to add background music to videos on youtube

2013-09-26 Thread Michael Babcock
hey guys;
I was looking at some of the videos that i had up on my youtube… I posted this
one about 2 months ago; and I wanted to send it on to this list; just incase
some of you wanted to do this; or incase some of you didn't know this could
even be done…
I don't explain very well how I do this, but I utilize voiceover in this video
and explain to the best of my ability is what I am doing in order to get the
music to play in the background behind this video. Check it out, it's not that
long, and you might be able to learn something. Experiment with it, I
personally would like to see what other people come up with.

Re: how to add background music to videos on youtube

2013-09-26 Thread Ray Foret jr
Mike, I am glad you put this up. I started you know just sort of playing
around with Imovie and found that if I position the playback head exactly where
I wanted it to be and then pressed the slash key to play the selection, I could
then move the ending point by just using the shift+right and left keys, and, I
can hear the playback change with the movement of the ending head. this means
that, I can playce the start head by interacting with it, then, move the ending
head close to it, then play the selection and move the ending point right or
left until it's frame perfect! What you think?

Re: how to add background music to videos on youtube

2013-09-26 Thread Cameron Strife
Hi. Just as a side note to music for youtube videos, or any other sort
of video for that matter, I compose and produce original music for
various types of media, including videos. If anybody would be
interested in original music for any sort of project, please drop me a
note off list to discuss your specific needs.

Thanks and have a great day,

Cameron.
