Hi!
The strange thing is that i have an iPad mini 3 here also along with my Mini 4 
that still keep up a very good work on battery power.
Better than my Ipad mini 4.

Have you tried to log out from Icloud on your Ipad?
WHen i did that it stopped draining battery.

I have updated to 13.4.1 but doesn’t see anything improving.
But since i just watched Louis Rossman on youth be i get more sceptical about 
the building of the apple products.
He’s an apple  repair tech so i guess he knows what he’s talking about.

Well I’ve had the iPad on charge all night and got up this morning then 
unplugged it about 8:30am,

It’s now 2:30pm
So 4 hours just sitting with the bt keyboard closed and iPad therefore on stand 
by, and I’ve already without using it dropped 12% battery power
So no use 3 % per hour is the average.

I’m going to go through the device entirely over the weekend and see if I can 
figure out what’s causing the excessive usage.
