Hi Justin, It seems that people are having different issues with Voice Over, and not everyone can reproduce other's problems. It's getting to be more like Linux than Mac lol. Re: interesting bug with the save dialog
I have a similar problem with Idisk but the variation is such as to demand a password from me as I happen to have IDisk. Because I do not wish to choose IDisk, I do not provide such a password. But then I'm stuck. the dialogue returns over and over again and I'm stuck. I can't go past the IDisk in the sidebar and therefore I am unable to choose any other location on my computer. Re: interesting bug with the save dialog
Hello Simon and Krister, Can you remove the iDisk from the FInder sidebar by going to the Preferences menu for Finder (Command-Comma), and navigating to the Sidebar button on the toolbar, then pressing (VO-Space)? On the Sidebar pane you should be able to uncheck any items you don't want displayed in the sidebar -- like the iDisk. Hi Marie, Yes, using the first few letters to navigate to devices in the sidebar works, but Simon and Krister should also be able to simply remove the problem entry from their sidebar by unchecking it in the Finder preferences for the Sidebar. Hi Justin, I've noticed this in save, and open dialogs as well, particularly on the side bar, Voiceover starts studdering, and I can't seem to do anything in this dialog, that is, select the location where I want to save to, oropen a file from.
