Hello it was just a suggestion

from what I under stnd you can not resize the boot camp partition once 
it has been created

It just works. Sometimes I push an arrow key to get it to take focus but just 
putting your voiceover cursor into the VM will cause it to be taking control. 
Then when you’re ready to stop using the VM you need to push control and option.

cmd plus G does not work in vmware fusion 12

and there is no slider wwhat so ever when setting up boot camp using the 
assistant
