It started building db_4.6.21-8maemo1 2 days ago and never ended

Two days? From summary log I can see that it started today at 16:10. Is
this another build?
The bad thing is that other builders do not restart build
(however I've performed reupload)

1) Is it a system fault (i.e. not related to my upload) or
there is something bad with my package?

It seems that qemu stucks when calling tclsh.
2) How I can restart build now?
According to current log:
https://garage.maemo.org/builder/diablo/db_4.6.21-8maemo1/build.log it's
stuck when doing some testing. Can you disable this and reupload package
for the build? Another way is to change qemu again, but I'm not sure
it's better.
