Re: Small Widget to show terminal results
Well Fred, if you must know, I am building a very small app in Go, to get started with the language. At this moment the language doesn't have that much in regards to GTK+ or other GUI libs useful to maemo. Since I haven't program anything in maemo yet I wanted to start with a Widget which I am assuming that would be easier. f(t) On Sun, Jun 27, 2010 at 1:04 PM, Fred Pacquier wrote: > Le 26/06/2010 22:16, Francisco Diaz Trepat - gmail a écrit : > > Thanks Fred, that sounds awesome. >> >> Although I'm looking at developing my own for one command only. >> >> Are sources available for this widget? >> > > I really don't see why you would make another one when this one does just > what you asked for (and more), but that's your call :-) > > The project page is here: > http://maemo.org/packages/view/desktop-cmd-exec/ > ___ > maemo-users mailing list > maemo-users@maemo.org > https://lists.maemo.org/mailman/listinfo/maemo-users > ___ maemo-users mailing list maemo-users@maemo.org https://lists.maemo.org/mailman/listinfo/maemo-users
mobilehotspot - patches to add support for USB tethering
Hi all, For anyone who may have installed the MobileHotSpot application, I patched it to support USB tethering, since that and tethering via wifi are somewhat similar. It seems to work okay for me. The only caveat is that my patches seem to have introduced some small bug where if you are currently using a wifi connection when you attempt to create an ad-hoc wifi hotspot the wlan0 interface fails to configure. I haven't yet tried back out of individual changes to find the cause, but in any case it's not a total show stopper, I think. https://garage.maemo.org/tracker/download.php/1113/4170/5972/826/backend.py.patch https://garage.maemo.org/tracker/download.php/1113/4170/5972/825/frontend.py.patch Aloha, Nathan ___ maemo-users mailing list maemo-users@maemo.org https://lists.maemo.org/mailman/listinfo/maemo-users
