I've been butt-dialed and butt-texted, and now it appears we've all been 
butt-emailed.

Just a matter of time before someone posts a butt-facebook, butt-flickr or 
butt-youtube. :)

I'd rather have that vs an e-mail about making one's "device" larger, or an 
offer from a bank manger on the continent south of Europe.  (I dare not say the 
real words or most mailers will flag me as spam. :)

This isn't exactly a high-traffic group.  In fact, the replies to this may well 
out-number the on-topic posts for this week at the current rate.

Re: Permissions on /etc/sudoers messed up - reflash?

To wrap it up:
Meego let me down, I finally reflashed.
The problem was the ubifs used on the maemo root. Couldn't get it mounted
in meego.
Most of the backup-restore worked fine, a bunch of apps are missing.

So, no way to access the rootfs without maemo; mission failed.
