Don't think that's the issue because my post the CSSU update my / was still at
71.7M available. Plus I removed data under /home and then the update went
through fine.

I'll file a new bug.

Thanks,

By the way, I removed some data and space changed to 80% and the update went
through fine.

Got to say to all involved, absolutely excellent work on CSSU. Excellent
progress.

Latest CSSU - Not enough space problem

2011-04-12 Thread Divan Santana
Hi All,

I thought I would give some feedback on the latest CSSU update I've trying to
do:

Getting Not enough space error from HAM however I have 826.5M free in /opt and
/home .
Nokia-N900:/home/user# df -h
FilesystemSize Used Available Use% Mounted on
rootfs 227.8M151.2M 72.4M 68% /
ubi0:rootfs 227.8M151.2M 72.4M 68% /
tmpfs 1.0M 76.0k948.0k 7% /tmp
tmpfs 256.0k 92.0k164.0k 36% /var/run
none 10.0M 80.0k 9.9M 1% /dev
tmpfs64.0M 4.0k 64.0M 0% /dev/shm
/dev/mmcblk0p2 26.6G 24.4G826.5M 97% /home
/home/opt26.6G 24.4G826.5M 97% /opt
/opt/pymaemo/usr/lib/python2.5
 26.6G 24.4G826.5M 97% /usr/lib/python2.5
/opt/pymaemo/usr/share/pyshared
 26.6G 24.4G826.5M 97% /usr/share/pyshared
/opt/pymaemo/usr/lib/pyshared
 26.6G 24.4G826.5M 97% /usr/lib/pyshared
/opt/pymaemo/usr/share/python-support
 26.6G 24.4G826.5M 97%
/usr/share/python-support
/opt/pymaemo/usr/lib/python-support
 26.6G 24.4G826.5M 97% /usr/lib/python-support
/dev/mmcblk0p12.0G381.6M 1.6G 19% /home/user/MyDocs
/dev/mmcblk1p17.5G 40.0k 7.5G 0% /media/mmc1

I have repartitioned as per http://wiki.maemo.org/Repartitioning_the_flash
which basically swaps /home and /home/user/MyDocs to create more useful ext3
space.

If it possible to cater the CSSU checked to check MB free rather than
percentage (assuming that is the fault).

Awesome, keep optifying guys.

Small Q though:

Should I do some clean up of rootfs now that qt-x11 libs are optified? Or
was that done by the updater.

It is seamless! Just the error-message is bullshit. :-)

Don't worry: This will be fixed with Windows Phone 7.1

Remember, you are using the CSSU testing release.

In particular, the "Problems" tab. It's likely you've got Khweeteur
installed which results in a specific version dependency on
libqt4-test.

Cheers,

Andrew

Hi guys what the hell is this about needing PC Suite for CSSU?

What kind of Seamless is that?

All this nagging is because I am on an Ubuntu machine. I have no PC-Suite.
