Re: Opera 10 alpha for maemo
I've been pretty impressed with Opera so far on my N800. I'm experimenting with their bookmark syncing tool, too. My only complaint so far has been that some sites don't yet recognize its user agent string to allow it to see some mobile optimized content. I haven't figured out cut paste yet either which would simplify moving my bookmarks from MicroB... -Gary ___ maemo-users mailing list maemo-users@maemo.org https://lists.maemo.org/mailman/listinfo/maemo-users

Same here, but I'm quite impressed with post-1.0 releases of FF. However, I'd still rather avoid opening more than 2-3 tabs at once. I like Opera so far. It's much faster than the original FF. I'll install a newer version of FF and see how it goes. I've got Opera installed yesterday, works surprisingly well, but haven't tested it thoroughly yet. -- Dawid 'evad' Lorenz * http://adl.pl null://google 'no evil' mail has taken away my random signatures ___ maemo-users mailing list maemo-users@maemo.org https://lists.maemo.org/mailman/listinfo/maemo-users

Re: Opera 10 alpha for maemo
Just installed it on my N900 and opened up a couple websites. the onscreen keyboard works well enough on that, and I imagine it is better on the larger N800 screen. I am looking forward to giving this a try on my older device when I get home.
