Hi, please submit python-cssutils 0.9.9 and calibre 0.8.51.

python-cssutils was in beta before.

Bug fix release for calibre, fixes, for example:
- E-book viewer: Improve performance when switching between normal and
fullscreen views. Closes tickets: 996102
- KF8 Input: Do not error out if the file has a few invalidly encoded
bytes. Closes tickets: 997034
- Fix download of news in AZW3 format not working. Closes tickets: 996439
- ebook-convert: Error out if the user prvides extra command line args
instead of silently ignoring them. Closes tickets: 994939
- Fix broken conversion of HTML files that contained non-ascii font-face
declarations, typically produced by Microsoft Word.
- KF8 Output: Fix section to section jumps not working for documents
with multi-level ToCs.
- CHM Input: Handle files with deeply nested markup and non html files
listed at the start of the manifest. Closes tickets: 993607
- Fix regression that broke italics detection in heuristic processing on
32-bit systems. Closes tickets: 991380
- KF8 Output: Fix joint MOBI6/KF8 books not being recognized as MOBI
files by older Kindles.
- KF8 Output: Fix errors when processing documents with HTML comments
and/or XML processing instructions.
- FB2 Input: More robust base64 decoding to handle embedded images that
are incorrectly encoded. Closes tickets: 990929
- Fix scrolling with the cover browser updating only the selection in
the book list, not the current book. Closes tickets: 990881
- Save to Disk: Do not run out memory when saving very large files on
systems with low RAM. Closes tickets: 990741
- FB2 Output: Use 2 letter language codes in preference to 3-letter ones
to not break poorly implemented FB2 readers. Closes tickets: 990026
- EPUB Input: Auto set the media-type for OPF manifest entries with an
empty media-type.
- Heuristics: When italicizing words do not operate on words not in
between HTML tags. Closes tickets: 986298
- Fix tooltip not being updated in the book details panel when pasting
in a new cover. Closes tickets: 986958
- Cover Browser: Wrap the title on space only, not in between words.
Closes tickets: 986516
- Edit metadata dialog: If a permission denied error occurs when
clicking the next or prev buttons, stay on the current book. Closes
tickets: 986903
- Fix heuristics not removing unnecessary hyphens from the end of lines.
Closes tickets: 822744

And updates newspaper sources.

Please submit both of them. They are both working on my laptop.

[Mageia-dev] Last submits

2012-05-16 Thread Anne Nicolas

Hi there

I pushed the last packages in bs mainly because they were kind of
"forgotten" in -dev for days now.

As we have to stop one day and as said previously, we will not submit
anything else now unless it's related to installer, upgrade or
release_blocker one.

All other submission will be pushed as first official updates for Mageia 2.

As a side note, isos test is in progress ans going rather well for now.

Cheers

Looking at the changes you mention, I'd say it would be nice to include
it if possible.

Hello,

Could you repush muparser ?
While adding an epoch to allow downgrade of muparser, dmorgan forgot
to fix the requires/provides on -devel package.
This version fixed it .

Thanks,

[Mageia-dev] [RFC] freeze push: e2fsprogs

2012-05-16 Thread Thierry Vignaud
Hi

A new e2fsprogs has been released (1.42.3) fixing a couple issues with 1.42.2
(the one we have), including a regression

Do you think we should upgrade to it ?

See the releases notes:

"Fix a bug in the Unix I/O manager which could cause corruption of file
systems with more than 16TB when e2fsprogs is compiled in 32-bit mode
(i.e., when unsigned long is 32-bits). Also fix a bug which caused
dumpe2fs to incorrectly display block numbers > 32-bits.

Improve the support for integrated quota files (where quota is a first
class supported feature using hidden files in the ext4 file
system). Previously the quota file was getting rewritten even when it
was not necessary, and e2fsck would erroneously try to hide quota
files which were already hidden.

Quiet complaints in e2fsck when the total free blocks or inodes are
incorrect in the superblock after an system crash, since we don't
update nor depend on the superblock summaries at each commit boundary.

Fixed a regression introduced in 1.42.2 which would cause applications
outside of e2fsprogs which did not pass the EXT2_FLAG_64BIT (and so
would were still using the legacy 32-bit bitmaps) to crash. This was
due to missing 32-bit compat code in side the function
ext2fs_find_first_zero_generic_bmap(). (Addresses Red Hat Bugzilla:
#808421)

Fix a bug which would cause mke2fs to fail creating the journal if
/etc/mtab and /proc/mounts are missing. (Addresses Sourceforge Bug:
#3509398)"

[Mageia-dev] texmaker should suggest latex

2012-05-16 Thread Oliver Burger

Hi there,

a friend of mine just made me aware, our texmaker package does not even
suggest the installation of latex.
Sure you can edit latex files without compiling them, but it does not
make much sense.

I looke for it and saw, kile does require latex.

I think having both of those suggest latex would be the optimal
solution. People just wanting to have the editors, can then install them
without having to install the several hundred MB texlive packages at the
same time, but normally, you will have the full latex environment at hand.

Any comments?

Oliver

:-)

BTW Committing NEWS in the same commit also enables people to easily
retrieve the actual change when searching through svn/git blame.
Not that we care much for logos but I think it's a good practice

Hi there

As you may have seen, we have some room left on DVD isos. Please answer
this mail if you have some proposals for apps to be added (about 500Mo
left) and why we should add it in iso.

Cheers

May I propose some games :
- supertuxkart
- supertux2
- openttd
- enigma
- kdegames4 is missing! (only kdegames4-common found in the Beta 3 DVD)

Education :
- gcompris (how have we missed this one?)
- marble (only marble-common found in the Beta 3 DVD)

Seems only gcompris is now in the RC DVD.
What about the others ?
