[Mageia-dev] mdv update problem
I just update my wifes mandriva PC. One of the problems are these few packages: # urpmi --auto-update medium MageiMain is up-to-date medium MageiMain_Erlangen is up-to-date medium Core Release (distrib1) is up-to-date medium Core Updates (distrib3) is up-to-date medium Nonfree Release (distrib11) is up-to-date medium Nonfree Updates (distrib13) is up-to-date medium Tainted Release (distrib21) is up-to-date The following packages can't be installed because they depend on packages that are older than the installed ones: perl-SVN-1.6.16-5.mga1 git-svn-1.7.4.4-2.mga1 git-1.7.4.4-2.mga1 Continue installation anyway? (Y/n) y Packages are up to date

(Y/n) y Packages are up to date You have probably backports of those packages... No I didn't. But a had a lot of mdv packages (100) that were not ugradeed or removed/replaced, mostly libs. I have now manually removed 99% of them and now they upgraded -- Thomas
