Rather, the assessment should be mentioned in it. That would also be beneficial to have a log of who changed the assessment. Please see the screenshot for what it should look like (the icon in color though, couldn't get that to work in Firebug). We don't use the class "metadata" much anymore I think. The 15.10 patch is slightly different to the others.
in 16.04+ we can check using the SITE_TEMPLATE constant, but that didn't
exist in 15.10
instead we need to check if $template->get('owner') === '0' as it seems
that fetching the variable from db via get() method make it type string.
But we can't go (int) $template->get('owner') as both '0' and null will
be cast to 0

The error does concern the 'grouphomepage' page as shown by the error
information you pasted in, these lines in particular:
group_get_homepage_view(string(size 2)) at /mypath/maha/lib/view.php:5734
View->display_author() at /mypath/maha/view/view.php:362
What is happening is the group's 'portfolio' page is trying to get it's
author name, via View->display_author(), from the name of the
'grouphomepage', via group_get_homepage_view(), but it can't find the
'grouphomepage'.
If you look at a normal profile page there is a 'by [user]' below title
of the page. That link shows the name of the user that created the page.
So in the case of a group's 'portfolio' page it is trying to show the
author as the name of the group, eg 'by [groupname]' and it does this by
fetching the group's 'grouphomepage' so that it can A) get the title and
B) make sure the user viewing the page has permission to see the
author's name.

The reports we received pointed out that the default Apache 404 response page prints the url-decoded (but still html-escaped) query portion of the URL on the page. This could result in attackers printing arbitrary text onto the page, with spaces and such, which conceivably could be part of a phishing attack. To keep thing simple, we replaced it with a static empty page that doesn't include any details about the requested query. However, ideally we'd want to print out a page more like Google's 404 page: 1. Styled in the site's theme 2. Contains the requested URL, but in a way that clearly sets it apart (i.e., url-encoded so that spaces are transformed into %20, and possibly truncated if it's quite long.) 3. Maybe translated as well. We could achieve this by shipping a PHP script with Mahara, which a Mahara site admin could then configure their Apache server to use for its 404 error document, via this directive: ErrorDocument 404 /errors/404.php We might also provide a "sample.htaccess" file, sitting at the top level of the project (outside the htdocs directory) to show people how to set this up. (We used to include a .htaccess file in Mahara's htdocs by default, but this could cause crashes if people were using different servers or different versions of Apache). Bug 1629144: Allow self copying of an annotation to duplicate artefact
Because unlike image/note blocks where we want the blocks to reference
the same underlying artefact here we want to create a new artefact
otherwise updating the block on one page will update the artefact for
all the related blocks.
To do this we need to add a new copytype called 'fullinclself' that
means make a full copy of blockinstance including when doing a self copy
Also we need to allow for the self copying to ignore the
annotationfeedback artefact type as we dont' want to copt the feedback.

This might be related to bug #1629144
When I want to delete a copied page from a collection that has
SmartEvidence, I get the following error message on the page deletion
page:

This is a bug.
