[Mahara-contributors] [Bug 1697909] Re: LTI (Canvas) gives exception: WebserviceInvalidParameterException
Implementation idea in succinct fashion: If an LTI parameter is unknown and prefixed with 'custom_', drop it from the data passed to the handler function. Then if the site is in non- production mode, throw an error rather than dropping the data. ** Changed in: mahara/17.10 Assignee: (unassigned) => Cecilia Vela Gurovic (ceciliavg) -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Mahara Contributors, which is subscribed to Mahara. [Mahara-contributors] [Bug 1703465] [NEW] Masquerading sessions show deleted users
Public bug reported: when you select people to report over for masquerading sessions, people who have been deleted show up if the person you are reporting over is an admin as the masquerading sessions display both who you has masqueraded and who is being masqueraded. Thus, if users were deleted from the system, but you are reporting over the site admin who masqueraded as them before the deletion, the deleted user data shows up, i.e. the "Deleted user (pitpalmer.deleted.1459025466.5...)" and the masquerading reason, admin and time. Since the users are deleted, that data should not be displayed anymore. ** Affects: mahara Importance: Medium Status: Confirmed -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Mahara Contributors, which is subscribed to Mahara. [Mahara-contributors] [Bug 1702434] Re: Error in site statistics
Hi Juan. Thank you for the screenshot. That is a generic error message on the front-end that is typically accompanied by a more explicit one in the error log. Sometimes, you need to navigate away from the page in order for the error message to show up. If you are on a testing instance, you could turn on the debug mode and print error messages to the screen. Without any error message and not being able to replicate the issue, it's hard to find the cause. In your config.php you can add the following: $cfg->productionmode = false; Or if you want to be more discerning, check out /lib/config-defaults.php to see the other options. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Mahara Contributors, which is subscribed to Mahara. [Mahara-contributors] [Bug 1670637] Re: Sessions directories missing after upgrade to 16.10 and php 7.1 on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS
Hi Cristiano, According to the PHP manual, http://php.net/manual/en/function.session- id.php "Depending on the session handler, not all characters are allowed within the session id. For example, the file session handler only allows characters in the range a-z A-Z 0-9 , (comma) and - (minus)!" So it sounds like we should allow more characters for the session paths. Looking at http://php.net/manual/en/session.configuration.php#ini.session.sid- length it seems that a few new options were introduced in PHP 7.1 Currently our session bits_per_character is set to handle the option '4' We will need to expand this so it handles option '5', and '6' as well Cheers Robert ** Changed in: mahara Milestone: None => 17.10.0 ** Changed in: mahara Status: Confirmed => In Progress ** Changed in: mahara Assignee: (unassigned) => Robert Lyon (robertl-9) -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Mahara Contributors, which is subscribed to Mahara.
