  Site: https://master-mahara.catalystdemo.net.nz
  Browser: Safari 10.0.3
  Device: MacBook Pro

  Steps to Reproduce:

  1) Navigate to Groups> Select a group>Journals

  2) Create a journal

  3) Add a new entry to the jounal

  4) While giving the details to add the entry for the journal try to
  attach a file by clicking on "Add a file"

  Expected Result: A pop up should be displayed with an option to upload
  a file and an option to drop files to upload ( see screenshot 1)

  Actual Result: Drop files here to upload doesnt show up on safari (
  see screenshot 2)

  Steps to reproduce:

  1) Add few users as site administrators
  2) Login as site administrator
  3) Try to self-delete(site-administrator) the along with another users

  Expected Result: An error message should be displayed. Related to

  Actual result: When trying to delete the users it stays on the page
  and does nothing

  Note: This also happens when an institution admin logs in and tries to

  Mahara logo is cut off at the bottom in IE 11

  In IE the base of the Mahara logo is being hidden

  I believe it is due to the fact that the image has a height of 45px
  but the container it is in is floated and so lacks height.

  I tried adding 60px height to the containing  tag and it looked ok

Bug description:
  Because elasticsearch records dates/times as UTC milliseconds we need
  to convert it back to the correct timezone offset before displaying
  the date.

  Eg, elasticsearch returns for login: 1508140802
  so we need to divide by 1000
  then find our timezone's offset, eg 46800
  then add/subtract that depending if offset is positive or negative
  So: 16 October 2017, 21:00 pm
  Becomes: 16 October 2017, 08:00 am

  Not a huge thing, but it will make a page a little bit cleaner.

  If on the page
  /admin/extensions/pluginconfig.php?plugintype=auth=saml we
  see message like

  The SimpleSAMLPHP library's "autoloader" file was not found at 
/var/www/site/auth/saml/extlib/simplesamlphp/vendor/autoload.php.
  Make sure you install SimpleSAMLphp via "make ssphp" and the file is readable.

  we probably need to get rid of Metadata link which doesn't work anyway
  in this case and just displays a broken page.

  SAML Service Provider Metadata link should be hidden if SSPHP is not
  installed

Status in Mahara:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  Not a huge thing, but it will make a page a little bit cleaner.

  If on the page
  /admin/extensions/pluginconfig.php?plugintype=auth=saml we
  see message like

  The SimpleSAMLPHP library's "autoloader" file was not found at 
/var/www/site/auth/saml/extlib/simplesamlphp/vendor/autoload.php.
  Make sure you install SimpleSAMLphp via "make ssphp" and the file is readable.

  we probably need to get rid of Metadata link which doesn't work anyway
  in this case and just displays a broken page.

  Hello,

  Mahara does not set a custom SMTP port in case no SMTP user name is
  specified.

  The fix is trivial: in file lib/user.php move line 762 to 756, so the
  port is set right after setting the host outside of if-clause.

Bug description:
  Because elasticsearch records dates/times as UTC milliseconds we need
  to convert it back to the correct timezone offset before displaying
  the date.

  Eg, elasticsearch returns for login: 1508140802
  so we need to divide by 1000
  then find our timezone's offset, eg 46800
  then add/subtract that depending if offset is positive or negative
  So: 16 October 2017, 21:00 pm
  Becomes: 16 October 2017, 08:00 am
