Title:
  SAML plugin automatic refresh of metadata support

Bug description:
  The SAML plugin currently supports the addition of multiple IDP
  providers and a one time upload of the XML for that IDP, however it
  would be useful to provide it with the link to the IDP providers
  metadata (in xml form) and have it automatically fetch the metadata
  for the site on a regular basis, so if the IDP changes it's metadata
  SSO will automatically repair itself on the next fetch.

  We can do this by integrating the MetaData refresh plugin from the
  embedded simplesamlphp in the Mahara saml plugin and triggering it
  from the Mahara cron.

that user can see the Drag & drop area to drop the files in.

NOTE: user can use the browse button to select and upload a file (this
is working)

Also tested on IE 11 on Win 7 = Drag & drop file but download was
hanging. never finished - Browse for file worked.

  For things that are editable/deletable we tend to have a convention of
  using a button group where the delete button is the right most button.

  But in some places we have the delete button the left button and or we
  don't use the button group

  Examples are:
  - Admin -> Institution list page
  - SmartEvidence list page

  We should tidy this up to be more consistent as that will help with
  User experience

1) user browse to Main menu > Profile > Contact information 
2) User adds multiple email addresses 
3) User tries to delete primary email address 

Actual Result: error message is displayed "You cannot remove your
primary email address."

Expected Result: If user cannot delete a primary email address, then the
delete icon next to the primary email should not be displayed.

  When you have the Primary School or Ocean theme on your site, the
  navigation bar in the inbox
  (/module/multirecipientnotification/inbox.php) does not show the links
  in the nav bar in the correct colors. In Ocean it is only the active
  link that is a problem, in Primary School it is both Inbox and Sent.

  Always take public anonymous comments through moderation

Bug description:
  Anonymous comments are an easy target for spammers as they can just
  leave a comment.

  While portfolio authors receive an email notification about new
  comments, if they don't have access to the email address anymore or
  don't monitor their emails closely, a portfolio page can end up with
  lots of spam comments.

  It would be beneficial, if all anonymous comments that are placed
  publicly went through a moderation explicitly rather than the page
  author having to select to moderate comments.

I'm using Mahara 17.04.3.
If we embed Youtube videos with 'https://' it is exported and shows correctly.
If we embed them with 'http://' the URLs are changed to start with '//'.
So if we embed the 'https://www.youtube.com/embed/' it is shown correctly.
If we embed the 'http://www.youtube.com/embed/' it is replaced with the 
'//www.youtube.com/embed/'.

Title:
  bad paths to embedded media in html exported views

  Hi,

  I am experimenting with Mahara v1.2 and I have found that when I
  generate a html export of a view that includes embedded media files
  e.g. mov then the main index.html file appears to unnecessarily append
  the following "=10" to the paths to the media. This appears in
  line 45 and 57 of the attached file. Consequently when I try to view
  these artefacts the path is invalid. When I manually delete the
  characters the view and artefacts behave as expected.
