This could be a setting in the "Allow copying" section and a second option to not only allow copying but copying as Leap2A. Further thinking: We could also think of implementing it differently if for example an institution requires the keeping of portfolio pages. So for example if a portfolio is submitted to a group, the tutor / admin sees the "Save as Leap2A" button before releasing the portfolio so they could make a copy to keep. That could be a manual option to what is proposed at https://wiki.mahara.org/index.php/Developer_Area/Specifications_in_Development/Moodle_LTI_integration where a copy could be kept automatically. Another Wishlist item - this time regarding copying secret URL's. At the moment we rely on students and staff to accurately select all of the secret URL as seen in attached screenshot. This can be a hit and miss affair and leaving off even one character results in a broken link. My wish is for a "Copy link to clipboard" button - to make the select/copy process simple and painless. This feature can be seen on any Web2 app where someone has to copy embed code (eg. youtube, prezi) and just makes it easy. Thanks very much. Shane. Unfortunately, since then Flash has started dying in a bad way, and now this sort of Flash-based clipboard widget is on the way out, and can cause browsers to pop up warning messages and such. Now, there is no way to accomplish exactly this same functionality (copy to clipboard) without Flash currently. But, there are some useable alternatives. The one that seems to be poised to replace the click-to-copy pattern, is that you click and it automatically selects the full text, so that you then just have to hit "control-C" instead of first dragging to select it all. Jen recently added this little clipboard library to the styleguide.php script. It works pretty good, so we may as well adopt it for the Secret URL screen as well. http://zenorocha.github.io/clipboard.js/ To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/mahara/+bug/1513665/+subscriptions ___ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~mahara-contributors Post to : mahara-contributors@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~mahara-contributors More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp

[Mahara-contributors] [Bug 1636850] Re: The pagination in the notes dialog while editing a page does not leave the first page
I could replicate it now by following the above steps. Steps to reproduce: 1) Create a group and create a page 2) Add few Notes into page 1 3) Now create another page in the same group 4) And add few notes to the second page too( make sure you have more than 6 Notes in total) 5) Now Click on "USe Content from another one" 6) Click on Second page Result: It says No results found as in the above screenshot CC: Knut Jackowski, Kristina Hoeppner (kris-hoeppner) -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Mahara Contributors, which is subscribed to Mahara. On clicking the button it gives a list of files that will be decompressed and on clicking 'decompress' button it should give a progress bar as files are extracted and then a message in the bar with success information and 'continue' link. This message and link are hard to see. It would be better if either: A) When the extraction is completed one is redirected to the place the 'continue' link goes to automatically and have the $session display the ok message, eg 'Created 2 folders and 6 files' there to avoid needing an extra click here. or B) If that is not possible have the success message appear below the progress bar rather than on it and make the font a bit bigger. [Mahara-contributors] [Bug 1631806] Re: Page descriptions not retained from group, institution and site pages
Hi cecelia, Tested this and I found that when we navigate to groups>select a page> pages> Create a page the page description is defaulted with the following content," Set up the default layout for the pages that your users create. You can also add blocks. Please note that any content you add to the default page will appear on every page that your users create."
