No. The anonymous list feature is designed to remove all information
that could identify the sender.

All list posts are sent with the envelope from and the Sender: header
equal to the LISTNAME-bounces@... address. I'm sure it depends on the
spam filter, but whitelisting this address may work.

If you need to modify the From: header and perhaps put the original
From: in a Reply-To:, you can do that with a custom handler. See
.

[Mailman-Users] Anonymous emails with the sender information

2011-06-11 Thread Nigel Woodley
Dear All

Is there a way to use the anonymous emails feature but retain the sender
information in the name and reply to fields ?

To get around spam protection systems I want all emails to come from the
list email address but that list members reply to the poster.

Many thanks in advance

Nigel

[Mailman-Users] sharing userbase with WordPress

2011-06-11 Thread Luigi Rosa
-BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-
Hash: SHA1

Is there a way to share the userbase of Mailman with WordPress?

What I need is that the "master" database is Mailman and I would like to
replicate (also via script) the accounts and passwords to WordPress.

Is it possible?

Thank you.

Ciao,
luigi

Re: [Mailman-Users] mail based moderation

2011-06-11 Thread David elhijo Leroux

Thanks Mark,
It's a shame...
I don't think Apple care about that, I'll look for an other app...
Thanks,
David

Is there a workaround or do I missed something ?

This is a problem with the iPhone mail client you are using. You could
try taking this up with Apple or maybe find another iPhone mail app
that does a better job of rendering MIME multipart messages.

I don't think there is any workaround in Mailman other than using your
phone's web browser to access the list's admindb interface.
