[Mailman-Users] bounce, accept,...

2009-02-04 Thread Mihamina Rakotomandimby (R12y)

Hi,

I received on a list a post by a non member.

I was in a hurry, and I checked 2 accept boxes through the web
interface. The second accept, was, I think about to accept all the
future post from that guy, but I dont really remember... sorry.

The problem is now the man can send email to the list wihtout being member.
If he was a member, I would just have discarded him, but he's not!

How to reset that thing? (I dont want to guy to be able to post in the
list).

Thank you

[Mailman-Users] initial hostname

2009-01-21 Thread Mihamina Rakotomandimby (R12y)

Hi,
I have a box named phenom on which I created a mailing list, beeeing
root, via newlist.

A while after that, I changed the hostname of the box to the current
one:lab.vectoris.fr and changed the malman config too.

But now, when I look into the MTA/SMTP logs (Exim of my ISP, as
smarthost), I see that an email is sent as r...@phenom and is
unrouteable by the MTA (obvious, he doesnt know about phenom).

What should I hack into Mailman to get rid of that @phenom sending?

I will have to batch subscribe thousands of email adresses, but I dont
