It seems not possible with Mailman 2.1.37.
Under Non-Digest-Option it has only:
(nondigestable)
(msg_header)
(msg_footer)
(scrub_nondigest)
(regular_exclude_lists)
(regular_exclude_ignore)
(regular_include_lists)
Don't see, "full personalization" or "personalization".
I asked my provider too, and after several questions, because we had
misunderstanding’s, answer was also not possible.

The option is probably "full personalization" but I forget exactly,
look for "personalization" in the page Odhiambo mentions.
