I sent a message with no responses so i'll try agian. I am having difficulty getting a mailing list to work, when I create a new list, it doesn't send a message to me (root) telling me which page to to go or how to subscribe. I don't think this is a permission problem but bin/check_perms will not run correctly from any directory.
Does anyone know why I wouldn't recieve a message when I create a new list?
