Only this can not be the point because I have it at no. I wanna that
really everyone, egal if subscribed or not etc. can post.

The problem was that I had addresses in post without approval.

Thanks

Go to the page:

http://www.imsa.edu/~ckolar/mailman/mailman-administration-v2.html

And search for Posting privileges explained. It says that if you have
implicitly approved people and set the Posting restricted to list members to
No, then only the listed people will be able to post. Might this be your
problem as well?

I personally think the way this work is not really clean nor very obvious, but
that's a bit beside the point, I guess.

How about logging into the administrative web page,
   Click on Privacy Options
   Scroll down..
Set Must posts Be Approved by Administrator to NO
SEt Restrict posting only to List Members to NO
That should do it. Basic stuff though.

No, it doesn't work. I don't know why, but I get a message that I have
 to approve the posts.

Change the list options so every post must be approved by a
moderator. Add the email address of the one (or more) people than
can send to the list without being approved.

Mh, no. I wanna everyone to be allowed to post without approval.
