Including nothing, for some MTA's suitably configured. Doing so is easy with Exim; it is said to be easy with Postfix (but I have no experience with that). Basically, Exim is instructed to find lists by looking for their configuration DB, and then direct mail appropriately. The new list is ready for email when the ./newlist command finishes.
