Hmm… well, if I would try to use Hammerspoon for this. But it’s a lot of stuff 
for just renaming an attachment…

Sorry, it's not currently possible. You'll have to save the screenshot 
and rename the file first.


The new message view (and composer view) I'm working on will also 
include new handling of attachments. This will make it much easier for 
me to add renaming of attachments. If I should forget to add that then 
you are welcome to remind me :)


I was just wanting this feature yesterday, should you need another voice 
in favor. :-) Glad to hear it's on the way!
