On our end, there hasn't been anything notable at the moment, but I'd love to
hear if anyone else is seeing anything.

[mailop] TWC/RR/Spectrum contact?

2019-07-05 Thread Tom Fantacone via mailop

Hi Brielle,

I'm in the same boat. For a month now I've been trying to find a
Spectrum/Time Warner/Roadrunner email contact to tell me why they are
blocking my mail server (and , in fact, my entire /20 range), with a
similar error:

Server's greeting was '554 dnvrco-cmimta08 esmtp ESMTP server not
available AUP#I-1000' (Server returned an error in the greeting response.)

We certainly don't spam or violate their AUP policy in any way. We
tried emailing unblock at charter.net with no reply. Did you ever
get anywhere with your issue?

Thanks,
Tom

--

Anyone know of a TWC/RR/Spectrum mail admin contact?

Got a situation where they're temp failing:

(host dnvrco-cmedge01.email.rr.com[69.134.155.135] refused to talk to
me: 554 dnvrco-cmimta03 esmtp ESMTP server not available AUP#I-1000)

On mails from one of my mail servers.

Only mail coming from it is ecommerce physical product
orders/invoices/shipping notifications, notifications of won IRL
auctions, and various communications with our suppliers.

No spam, no compromised/trojan mails, etc.

Various sites and old docs from RR/TWC say to go to the TWC postmaster
page, which doesn't exist anymore and redirects to an absolutely useless
Spectrum mail page.

Found
delivery-support
at postmaster.rr.com, so sent an e-mail to there

yesterday, but haven't heard anything/gotten a response. No clue if
anyone even bothers to read it.

Thanks!

I can confirm the same thing from July the 2nd and we are a small italian ESP.
We (our customers) never had deliverability issues with Gmail.

Openrate (30%+) does not seem to be affected.

Re: [mailop] Can't sign up for MSFT SNDS?

2019-07-05 Thread Al Iverson via mailop
Thanks, all. Figured this out --
Our IP admin team had updated contact info in our ARIN netblock registration.
This somehow triggered an automatic SNDS re-verification request for
some of our blocks.
There were three of these pending. After I reviewed and got them
approved, the new SNDS access requests started working again.

Thanks for the suggestions and feedback.

Cheers,
Al

Seeing a jump in red IPs on our end as well over the past 2 days.
Previously, everything had been trending in a very positive manner. We're

I've noticed a shift since mid-June but our IPs improved overall and have
done so even more during that time frame. More are green now than before.

Hi Al,

I just tried adding a /16 that we bought a while ago but aren't using
yet. There were no issues adding it to the SNDS.

Having said that, I've often had issues in the past adding ranges. Most
of the time simply waiting and trying again a few hours or days later
worked.

Make sure the WHOIS data is correct, since Microsoft relies heavily on that.

Also, if you're able to, maybe you can signup using the AS number, I've
never had issues with that.

Kind regards

Hello,

We just saw that Gmail Postmaster's Tools shows a very unusual amount of our
IP's as < bad > in the graphs.
Domain reputation seems unaffected, but basically we see around 50% of our IPs
for July 2nd and 75% for July 3 going from green to red.
I saw no changes in sending habits from the various customers I checked (as
they all have dedicated IPs it's fairly straightforward).

Some other French ESP representatives I chatted with see similar cases, I
wanted to check with others if they saw the same things and, if luck will have
it a Gmail Postmaster team member happens to be online and they have some time
to look it up, that would be much appreciated.

Thanks,

Mathieu Bourdin
