Re: [mailop] Campaign Monitor Spewing Their Own Spam Now

2019-01-10 Thread Carissa Phillips
Hello, Anne,

I appreciate you giving us some details to start with, thank you. We've
investigated and found the source. We've restarted conversations internally
about sending explicit, permission-based mail that complies with the same
anti-spam policy to which we hold our customers.

You'll receive a direct reply from our abuse team today.

Re: [mailop] Campaign Monitor Spewing Their Own Spam Now

2019-01-10 Thread Carissa Phillips
Hi Anne,

Carissa from Campaign Monitor's deliverability team here. I can confirm
that our abuse team is very responsive and abuse@ is still the best way to
reach them. I didn't see any details about or samples of spam in your
previous email to abuse@, would you mind sending those through, please?
We'd love to deal with those quickly as soon as we hear from you.

Thank you!

2018-12-13 Thread Carissa Phillips
Hi John,

We don't send as much mail as the ESPs you've mentioned but I'd be happy to
make sure your father's address is no longer emailed via Campaign Monitor
(if ever). Feel free to email me directly with his address.

Re: [mailop] Any Spark New Zealand people here?

2018-12-04 Thread Carissa Phillips
Hi Simon,

I'm having trouble delivering to Xtra Mail as well. I followed your advice
and SMX sent me to Spark and Spark's support isn't getting me anywhere.
Would you be able to connect me with someone?

Re: [mailop] Anyone from Telstra/BigPond?

2017-10-05 Thread Carissa Phillips
Hi Sven,

I've recently had luck getting resolution for issues with Telstra via their
forum. Start by searching for the problem and if you find someone
describing the same issue, add your comment to the thread and then you'll
be able to send header examples in a *private* message to an individual on
their Technical Support team ("Shellock" is very helpful).

If you don't see the problem described in an existing thread, create a new
one and their team will reach out to you within a few days.

Good luck!

Hi Michael,

I work for Campaign Monitor, an ESP. One of our domains used in tracking
URLs is flagged by ATP. Could you please check on cmail19.com, please? I'm
happy to send more info offline.

Thank you!
