I’m not seeing anything amiss with what I’m responsible for having issues 
sending into Yahoo. Our delivery percentage over the last 4 hours is where it 
normally is. When did you start seeing this?

We saw a small (and I mean small on our scale) spike as well. Looks like it 
started around 3am pacific and is still going on but, it’s really really small.

I'm not seeing a large percentage uptick but, just in terms of raw occurrences 
there is an increase. According to my data though (looking back 14 days) this 
has been “normal” for AOL during these hours. I see increases in their 
transfail responses every weekday during what I’d consider peak hours here in 
the US.
