Hey Benoit,

i'm facing the same issue since weeks with my private mailserver.
A few mails getting through and some not.
I've already tried to contact the sender support trough their form. 
Maybe this helps, lets see.


BTW: I'v enabled SPF, DKIM, DMARC (p=none) since a long time, this 
either didn't help.

I have registered woody.ch and magma.woody.ch with Gmail Postmaster
Tools about one month ago, in the hope that eventually I would get some
hint to the cause.

Still 'Spamrate' and 'IP Reputation' and 'Domain Reputation' (all other
items too) still show 'there is no data available yet'.

Not listed in any blacklists @ MXToolbox.

An SPF record exists since several years.

Yesterday, after re-reading google email recommendations, I also added a
DMARC entry:

Still the problem persists as of a couple minutes ago.

DKIM is not a solution. I faced too many problems with mailinglists
and similar which did alter the header and broke DKIM signatures.

Has anyone a hint what could be the cause for this problem?

And yes, disabling IPv6 seems to solve the issue, but that is the wrong
way dealing with it :-)

we hadn't any problems with them. We wrote them about our block on 
14.01. and they did respond on the same day.
When did you wrote them ? Did your wrote postmas...@ewetel.net or did 
you wrote postmas...@ewe.net ?


Based on their answer, i think they have a internal list with dynamic ip 
ranges.

it's just DNS round robin for our senders. did not had a sigle issue 
with that over the previous 2 years.



Still thinking, that ewetel/ewe just uses ancient RBLs, that reports 
the specific IP from a dynamic-block.

This could also happen because your PTR record of sending IP
address resolves with 3 IPs e:
IP  116.203.31.6 - PTR securetransport.cubewerk.de
 - IPs 178.254.23.77;
116.203.31.6; 188.68.39.254

I know that technically it is nothing bad but, I can imagine why
some sensors could return errors, especially since the 3 IP
addresses are from different ASNs:

I am not surprised that Ewetel has guessed wrong:
whois 116.203.31.6 -hwhois.ripe.net

[mailop] Hotmail delivery issues

Hey List,

currently we've delivery problems to hotmail/outlook/... O365 looks good.
SNDS shows us just red for all our IPs since end of September.
We haven't changed anything neither some crappy mailings nor new
spamming customers.
We've done, with our abuse department, also a random review of the
mailings. No results.
Our complaint rate is below 0.1% and just a few spamtrap hits, but
compared to the sending amount this is minimal.

We do not have a clue what this has caused. 
I've already contacted the deliverability support (multiple times), but
more than "do not qualify for mitigation at this time" or "At this
point, I would suggest that you review and comply with Outlook.com's
technical standards." as a reply i do not get. It is just ticket ping pong.

Is here someone who also sees the same problem ? Is it maybe a more
general problem ?
Is here someone, maybe from the hotmail department, who can maybe help ?
