Good day,

We stopped receiving complaints from Yahoo's local domains (yahoo.fr,

These stopped coming through on the 11th April to date.

Has anyone seen this kind of behaviour on their side?

[mailop] Alice delivery issues

2017-02-13 Thread Lindani Tshabangu via mailop
Good day,

Has anyone experienced delivery issues in IT with the Alice.it ISP of late.
We have in particular been getting error messages like "Service not
available - access denied"

I have tried contacting them with no response.

If anyone has a contact email or anyone from Alice in this forum, please
assist.

*Kind regards*

[mailop] JMRP Issue

2017-01-31 Thread Lindani Tshabangu via mailop
Good day all,

I am making changes to our already existing Hotmail JMRP by editing the
FBL addresses for our IPs. I have been struggling to get this done because
the IPs I am trying to change keep getting assigned to the old FBL
addresses we don't use anymore.

I have tried reaching out to the helpdesk on their SNDS address but I have
not been helped.

I was hoping someone would help me with another contact if possible.

*Kind regards*
