You can't. If you want to make sure they receive an important legal communication, send them a recorded delivery letter. At least then you have evidence of its delivery (or lack of). It will take OVH years to fix this reputation problem, and while they do, you will have deliverability problems. > I know OVH's not a favorite among pros, but for me, their dedicated > servers work well and aren't very expensive. About 20% of the UCE and spam that reaches my customers' INBOXES is from outlook.com or gmail.com. Obviously reporting it is a waste of time as they're both brick walls to smaller players. They require a government ID to sign up with so they can ban individuals from using their service just because of the spam issue. They are very quick to act to messages they've received at their abuse@ account. In other words, they are not OVH. But if it's > not important to you, it's not important to anyone else. I host lua-l, a large mailing list both in terms of subscribers and postings, on Hetzner. The only people we ever have deliverability problems with are Gmail, and that's only for an hour or two at a time. As somebody reporting spam, I find Hetzner extremely responsible: they provide quick responses and follow-ups saying what has been done. Also, to be a Hetzner customer you need to provide a scan of government-issued ID; if they kick you it's for life. On the other hand, I can't ever recall receiving an email from an OVH or AWS EC3 IP address I ever wanted.
