[mailop] Lost GPT Ownership

2019-07-17 Thread Tracey Crawford via mailop
One of our clients lost owner privileges to one of their domains in Google
Postmaster Tools. Does anyone know how we can recover ownership to the
domain? They have read access, but that does not allow them to manage the
domain. We've tried deleting the domain and re-adding, but that does not
give us a new verification record and therefore, We still only have read
access.

Re: [mailop] Change at Microsoft on September 4th (John Stephenson)

2019-09-13 Thread Tracey Crawford via mailop
I am seeing this as well with several of our clients. I saw the change
from green to red around Aug 26 and around Sep 4. I have been submitting
tickets requesting mitigation and have been denied on all. I am still
trying to mitigate.

Re: [mailop] Change at Microsoft on September 4th

2019-09-23 Thread Tracey Crawford via mailop
We are seeing this issue here as well for many clients. Submitting a
ticket and replying back and forth has not really helped. I have explained
that there was no visible change in the senders' practices and that
literally the SNDS went from green to red in one day. The response I have
received is "As previously stated, your IP(s) do not qualify for mitigation
at this time ... At this point, I would suggest that you review and comply
with Outlook.com's technical standards. This information can be found at
https://postmaster.live.com/pm/postmaster.aspx. We regret that we are
unable to provide any additional information or assistance at this time."
It is quite difficult to identify the issue when there has been no change
in their sending practices and I am getting the same response for all of
the clients.

Can you tell us what the error message will be or will it be the standard,
'A problem occurred. (Ask your postmaster for help or to contact
