Subject: [EXTERNAL] [mailop] Comcast contact - IPv6 routing issue?

Very small discussion list seeing bounces from Comcast. We are sending
with IPv4 but bounce looks like an IPv6 network problem. Error message
is as follows: (recipient usernames redacted). Can someone look into
this or contact me offlist? Thanks!

Hi,

Do we have any readers from Comcast? I opened a ticket with the abuse desk on
the 7th about some unwanted traffic and I've heard nothing.

Kind regards,
Mike

Re: [mailop] [EXTERNAL] Comcast contact?

2019-08-14 Thread Keith Kouzmanoff via mailop
I can't say enough positive things about the comcast postmaster team.
They have provided quick response to issues and with this tiny
information I was able to identify an ESP having several bad actors.
When I approached the CEO, he said "I can't kick them off I already
cashed the checks."

This enabled me to tell the client "I don't want to be a part of
supporting that practice."

I love the response a team member gave me which sealed the deal, "Do
with this information as you please"

That's all I needed.

We're warming up some IPs and one we're getting the response below but
there's no Zen listing (which is what the error code indicates). So
was hoping to chat with someone to figure out what may be the cause of
this and get it resolved.
