I haven't quite figured out how Barracuda decides which IPs are ok for
delisting and which aren't. Sometimes you will get an immediate email
response saying the IP will be delisted, other times there is no email.
Even if there is no email though, sometimes the IP will actually get
delisted, but most of the time it won't. There is never any information
letting you know why.
The only correlation I have found is that an IP with a valid FCrDNS
record will most likely get delisted. If your IPs are being used to send
emails, that should be the case already, but if not, you can fix that.
If everything with your IPs is correct (and of course they're not
sending spam) you can try contacting Barracuda directly if you've waited
at least 48 hours, which you have: int...@barracuda.com
