Did you follow the link and look up the very, very clear information contained

[mailop] Charter/Spectrum/Roadrunner contact

2023-11-29 Thread Syed Alam via mailop
Hi there,

We have our client that sends non-profit emails, a large volume goes to
recipients hosted by charter.net MXs as well. The client does not have any
reputation issues(dedicated IPs) at all. It looks green at Google
postmaster tools, SNDS and no blacklist incidents at all in the past 1 year
or so. Domain SPF, DKIM, header. From is aligned, DMARC record exists with
reports being monitored (p=none). Perhaps, it's fully compliant (for years)
as per the recent announcement from Gmail/Yahoo.

The SMTP response
"550 5.1.0 sender rejected. Please see
https://www.spectrum.net/support/internet/understanding-email-error-codes
for more information. AUP#In-1310" received from
pkvw-mx.msg.pkvw.co.charter.net (47.43.26.7)

Is there anyone from #charter #Spectrum to assist us with what we are doing
wrong?
there is no response from unbl...@charter.net. I'm happy to share the
headers, ips, and domain information.

Thank you.
