The sender's email address or domain has triggered a Blocked 
Senders Policy or there's an SPF hard rejection.
Delete or modify the Blocked Senders policy to exclude the 
sender address.


follow the url helps

ensure sender have not shared ip, and is dkim signed, setup dmarc poliy 
none, and feedback to see how it goes


gmail have a spf with 30 + ipv4 and i still see spam mails with spf 
fails

We have had multiple problems sending emails from our mail.com domains to 
mimecast controlled mailboxes.

Has anyone here had similar problems?
