Hi All, Just a follow up on the issue with BigPond in case anyone else is having the same problem. After happily accepting mail from our list server in Sydney for some years, BigPond suddenly started rejecting all list emails as spam. BigPond (Telstra) outsource their mail filtering. Nathan from Telstra responded to my post to this list and requested: - Sending server (IP or domain) - Date of rejection - Sample subject - Sample (in eml format) of the email rejected if possible. He got in touch with the vendor and resolved the issue pretty quickly. Apparently the vendor's "spam rules" were seeing every single message as spam. A mystery - but things are back on track thanks to Nathan, so all's well that ends well.
