I can confirm that rspamd does a fine job sending the DMARC reports :)

You just have to take care of running "rspamdadm dmarc_report" with the 
frequency you need (I do it daily with a cronjob, but my server is really low 
volume..)___

It could move from 10 - 20 messages per day to 200 - 400, if you also send 
complaints.


BTW, complaining against, for example, random login attempts rather than spam 
doesn't require attaching message headers.  That's the same difference between 
DMARC aggregate and failure reports.
