note dnswl only accept /32 for ipv4, but no limit on number of /32

Jeremy, do note that there is 'history' on some of the 193.252.22.0/23 
range.. I believe that previously there was Mail Essentials Project?


Notice the SWIP is currently:

inetnum:193.252.22.0 - 193.252.22.127
netname:MAIL-NEWMTA-FRANCE

Suggest this be updated to reflect what you indicate below? (eg the .64/27)

Also, you do not mention outbound ranges for what?
