We noticed it as well. On the GPT website there’s data for 2nd. But the API does not return any data for the last couple of days. After 2 years, I’ve never seen anything but that message. I guess my 1-2 emails every other day isn’t enough to have any data (but sending one email to 13 recipients was an “unusual rate of unsolicited email” causing me to be rate limited). Others have reported this, but I'm not seeing it, myself. It seems to be intermittent. I'm greeted by the message "No data to display at this time. Please come back later" for all reports, even when setting the duration to the maximum of 120 days.
