Location: Winston Salem NC Duration: Long Term Experience Preferred: 6+ years • 5+ years FlexPLM Solution Consultant/Architect/BA roles. • 5+ years RFA/Manufacturing experience. • Ability to advise on solution options within FlexPLM as well as partner with architects regarding recommendations that leverage extensions/customizations or additional technologies in order to provide optimal solution. • Strong process knowledge in Retail, Footwear, & Apparel with depth in both Product Development, Material Development. • Ability to connect directly with business SMEs and advise on best practices that optimize OOTB configurations. • FlexPLM 9/10 configuration / extensions / customization and administration skills. • Use of IDE and configuration management tools. • Can translate customer requirements into functional requirements and detailed design documents. • Solid understanding of configuration management principles and FlexPLM best practices. • Technical knowledge on integration of Windchill and/or FlexPLM with other applications. • Candidate must be able to easily follow & lead business process conversations and influence/advise appropriately where tradeoffs should be considered between process, data, and technology. • A comprehensive understanding of the PTC Flex configuration process & documentation standards is required. A master of connections, the individual must be able to move seamlessly between business and technology stakeholder conversations. • The role will be ultimately responsible for the design of all aspects of FlexPLM configuration including: data, workflow, and security models spanning across all modules. -- Thanks & Regards....?
