then you can support pretty much zero users with your current configuration

you need to refactor your map, to make it perform much faster

i am using oracle 10g with map nearly 1Gb and minimum  5 layers to max 10
layers (tiled).

And Windows XP is not suitable as a server operating system.  With 20 users,
you'll easily exceed the maximum connections allowed.

your data is and the number of layers etc
