Thanks for the response...
I've tried using the BatchTools.mbx, with limited success. The .tab files
are created but without any objects( and after they are made an error
message appears as well). I suppose this is because of the number of files
I'm trying to convert(~1000), but the program automatically selects all the
.mif files in the directory...I'm at a loss as to how to proceed.

Try this out - it will convert all MIF files in a directory. I would suggest
a small directory to try it out first.

format, or know where I can find one?
I've got about 1000 to convert and I can't even begin to imagine how long
this would take with UT...
