Few days ago are here published one VB 
algorithm for hexagonal polygons drawing. I lost this e-mail and canĀ“t from 
where come this e-mail. Maybe from Jacques Paris. Can anyone help 
me?

I had this problem too, from version 3 so far.
Go to menu: Map-options and change projection to Lat Long and return again
to nongeographic.
Then you fill column in browser with centroidX and centroidY correctly.
