MI Vector data from Corel Draw to MapInfo
Hi All, I want to import in MapInfo, in UTM - WGS projection, a map developed in Corel Draw. I exported the map from Corel format (.cdr) in AutoCAD format (.dxf) and then I used Universal Translator for the transformation of the .dxf file in .tab. It functions but I can't register that map in the desired projection. Does anybody have such an experience? How can I solve this big problem? Thank you for your advice, Gabriel Paun
MI Converting MapInfo workspace to MapInfo workspace
Dear All, I using MapInfo Professinal 5.5 and I want to convert MapInfo Workspaces (or *.tab) to Intergraph Microstation projects (*.dgn). If anyone of you have any experience, please help me to make an workflow. MI gridmakr.mbx & coordinates of cross-points
Hi all, 1. I was created a grid layer with gridmakr.mbx. How can I find the coordinates for all cross-points which are results? How can I save these in a .txt file (or .dbf, .xls etc.)? 2. I want to create some concentric buffer circle around a point, but with r_buffer.mbx all I can to obtain is just an ellipse area. Do you know why? MI Copy and Paste problems
Hi All, In Microsoft Explorer I copied some files (.TAB) from the folder they were created in a new one using Copy and Paste. At my surprise , when I opened the copied files in MapInfo Professional 5.5, in Layer Control, the Editable option was inactivated. So, I cant edit any of the copied Layers. The same thing happened when I copied them on CD-ROM. Could somebody explain the phenomenon to me? Is there any solution to make those layers editable?
