MI Finding the node number of selection in reshape mode

2000-09-22 Thread RegularK

Hello everyone,

Does anyone know if there is a way to get the specific node number of the
currently selected polygon or polyline node in MapBasic? I am trying to
create an application to input specific coordinates of a polyline or polygon
that has been previously been created.

MI Snap option and MapBasic

2000-09-22 Thread RegularK

Hello again,

I thought this would be simple but I can not seem to find a wat to toggle a
window's snap option on and off using MapBasic. Would someone tell me if
this is possible?

2000-04-14 Thread RegularK

Hi List,

I am wondering if anyone has seen an application of can tell me if this is
possible within MapInfo. I need to find a point on a line given a starting
point and a distance along the line.

MI Thanks for the QueryN suggestions

2000-04-06 Thread RegularK

Hello List,

Thanks for all your input. I was hoping to find a way to save a selection
with a specific name within a MapInfo Workspace. It seems the only way to
rename a selection is through the Query menu and select all into a new table
name. Because QueryN does not get saved in the Workspace, the new table
name does not either.

Thanks,

MI Can you rename QueryN

2000-04-05 Thread RegularK

Can you rename a selection made from your map? I.e. those selections made
manually from selection from the map window.

Is there a utility or otherwise, similar to the Map Window Manager tool
 for
 naming layout windows?

MI Zoom Layering in a Seamless Table

2000-03-02 Thread RegularK

Hi List,

Does anyone know if you can assign a value for Zoom Layering to a Seemless
Table. Not using the Layer control but a default value for when you open
the table?

MI Printing Problems with the Patch

2000-01-19 Thread RegularK

Hello all,

After installing the patch for version 5.5. I now have new printing
problems that I never had before. Using a Postscript driver for a LaserJet
8500, I now have some added lines with my MapInfo regions. These lines only
occured after I have installed the patch. Is there an easy way to uninstall
this patch?
