MI: Emailing Workspaces

Hello Listers!

How do I go about emailing one of my workspaces to someone?  The person
does have MI 5.5,  and my workspace was created in Ver. 4.5.  will this
create problems?

MI Proviewer

Hello,

I'm have some problems getting our staff to be able to read my maps
using the new proviewer.  I know its only a matter of copying over the
right files to a common drive for them to access, however which files!
Each workspace is made up of many files including datafiles, tab files,
etc.  Is there a way to package these files up neatly for this viewer to
read it? Do I have to edit the workspace file with the new common
directory?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
