MI Large - format pdf output
Perhaps not directly MI related, but I'm sure Mi users tackled this problem before. I would like to print MI-generated maps into pdf format using Acrobat Distiller 3.01. The problem is that Distiller only lists A4 and similar formats, while I need A2 format. Perhaps it is related to postscript driver installed for Distiller - can anyone recommend a postscript driver for A2 format?
