In MapInfo we can create a map using bounds, so the
precision map is higher.
In MapBasic, we have the statment Set CoordSys
Table xxxxx so all drawing tools obtein the same presicion that the
table xxxxx has due the bounds..
Is this possible using MapX ?. Is it possible to
create a map using bounds and set the tools precision ?
